No Resume? No Problem. No Extra Charge.

How to choose your level

Your level is based on resume complexity: scope, leadership, number of roles, and how much repositioning is needed.

If you match two or more bullets in a tier, you belong in that tier.
If you are between tiers, choose the higher tier for the best outcome.

Entry (Graduate)

Best fit if you are:

  • A student, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, projects, part-time, campus leadership count)

  • Targeting your first “career-track” role

  • Limited work history (1–2 roles) and the primary work is translating projects into impact

Common targets: coordinator roles, assistant roles, junior analyst, junior specialist, entry healthcare support.

Professional

Best fit if you are:

  • Early-career with a clear direction

  • Roughly 2–5 years experience or 2–4 roles

  • Individual contributor work with measurable outcomes

  • Minimal leadership (training others is fine, but not managing a team)

  • You need stronger bullets and positioning, not a major rebrand

Common targets: administrative assistant, customer support/CS, billing, HR assistant, marketing coordinator, operations coordinator, junior data roles.

Mid-Career

Best fit if you are:

  • 5–9 years experience or you have progressed across multiple roles

  • Managing projects, processes, vendors, or cross-functional work (even without direct reports)

  • Balancing multiple skill areas (operations + client + systems, etc.)

  • You need clearer “storyline” and prioritization because your experience is broader

Common targets: senior admin, office manager, project coordinator/PM-lite, operations specialist, account management, analyst, lead roles without full management.

Senior

Best fit if you are:

  • 10+ years experience, or your experience is complex even if you have less time

  • Leading functions, initiatives, or high-stakes workflows (compliance, finance, regulated work, stakeholder-heavy roles)

  • You have leadership scope: mentoring, training, owning a program, driving change

  • You have many roles, promotions, or a long career that needs clean compression into a sharp narrative

Common targets: senior operations, program roles, senior analysts, senior EA, department leads, senior compliance/admin roles.

Executive

Best fit if you are:

  • Director, VP, executive leadership, founder/owner, or enterprise senior leader

  • You have strategic scope: budgets, headcount, P and L, enterprise initiatives, transformation work

  • You need executive positioning: value proposition, thought leadership tone, board-ready writing

  • Your resume must show scale, influence, and measurable outcomes without becoming a “job description”

Common targets: Director/VP/C-suite, Chief of Staff, executive operations, senior leaders in regulated environments, founders returning to corporate.

USAJOBS (Federal)

Choose USAJOBS if you need:

  • A federal resume intended for USAJOBS and federal hiring

  • Grade-level alignment, specialized experience, and federal-style detail

  • Vacancy announcement keyword mapping and federal formatting conventions

Best fit if:

  • You are applying to GS roles, federal agencies, contractors transitioning to federal, or any role requiring USAJOBS submission.
